The program is open to children and young adults(2years old to pre-professionals). It focuses on the AMERICAN BALLET THEATHER ® National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and discipline.

In our classes, students learn posture, alignment, strength, balance, flexibility and the relationship between music and body movement.

The adult class is designed for adult dancers of all ages and skills. The Ballet, Jazz and Flamenco classes are educational and challenging for the people who are interested in dance.

Stage Experience

Dance Academy of Boca Raton (DABR) believes that the stage experience for every student is critical for their success. Young dancers have the opportunity to participate in key roles of classical ballet and contemporary choreography. Performing before a live audience teaches confidence and appreciation to theater.
